Those who follow me on Twitter are familiar with my well-being tweets, where I list “three simple things you can do today to improve your well-being.” When a happiness calendar floated around online recently, I thought, “Hmm, why not do that with my simple lifestyle tips?”
For the month of February, here are things we can do to pave the way to a healthier lifestyle—one simple act per day. Individually they might seem trivial, but over time, especially if we continue them and advance our efforts, we’ll see wellness gains.
After all, most changes start with baby steps.
